I started this company to give people a place to go that isn't a big bank or mortgage company, and is run by real people.  We knew that no matter what, we always wanted to put our clients, community, and teammates before the bottom line, and always be in the position of helping and doing the right thing.  No call centers and no nonsense, just good people and smart home loans!

A little more about Jason Smith:  Oregonian born and raised.  I love gardening, snowboarding, Land Rovers, and hanging with my two kids.  I help fundraise for Shriner's Children's Hospital and other community-based Masonic charities.

What inspired me to become a loan officer is my work as an accountant. Owning an accounting firm has shown me the importance of how to sturcture a tax return, especially for business owners, and the paperwork involved to qualify for a home loan. Helping our clients move through the loan process smoothly is fullfilling. I enjoy getting to know my clients and this allows me to find the best loan that fits their scenario and needs. Such an exciting feeling of becoming a homeowner and I love being part of the process!
